Description
This Auto Storage System is designed for automated warehouses, ASRS projects, and intelligent warehouse management. It supports automatic storage, conveying, lifting, inbound handling, and outbound handling for pallets, bins, containers, and regular large goods. The system can be configured with pallet conveyors, chain conveyors, roller conveyors, lift transfer units, rack and pinion lifts, pallet stacker cranes, bin stacker cranes, and sorting equipment to build a complete warehouse automation system.
For high-density storage, the pallet stacker crane supports a double-column structure, height up to 24 m, rated load up to 2000 kg, and travel speed of 200 m/min. It can communicate with WMS through Industrial Ethernet. The bin stacker crane is suitable for 600×400 mm bins, with travel speed up to 300 m/min and positioning accuracy of ±5 mm for travel and lifting, and ±3 mm for fork positioning. The rack and pinion lift supports ±2 mm positioning accuracy and 36 m/min lifting speed, making it suitable for shuttle transfer and multi-level storage connection.
